What services do you offer?

We are a full service information technology company. We offer sales, support, service, contracts, and outsourcing of Information Technology Needs.

What areas do you support?

We primarily service the Triad of North Carolina including Winston-Salem, Greensboro, High Point, Kernersville, and Surround Areas. However, we do support some national and international companies.

Do you charge for Travel Time?

We do NOT charge for Travel Time within Forsyth County. However, we do charge travel time for companies outside of Forsyth County of North Carolina.

Do you Provide Web Hosting?

Yes we provide Web Hosting, Web Design, Web site Maintenance, Blogs, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). We do offer competitive rates but we unlike many other companies, you can call a local number and get support right away as we do not outsource our support to third party companies.

Do you have minimum time requirements and what are your billing increments?

We have a friendly one hour minimum for all clients. If we complete the work within one hour, we will try to do other work in order to give the client a fair situation.. We do bill in 1/4 hour increments, If we worked on a site for 1 hours 42 minutes then we would bill for 1 hour 45 minutes. If we worked for 1 hours 37 minutes then we would bill for 1 hour 30 minutes.

Do you work with home users?

No. We only work with companies. However, we will work with home computers of business clients in order to allow them to be able to access servers from home and remote access into the servers.

We are different than other companies in that we have the experience, expertise, dedication, and 24x7x365 support. We treat clients as friends and we look for the best bang for the buck for clients. We do not always provide the cheapest solution but we try to provide the solution which will end up being the most cost effective and provide the best ROI over the long run. You will be hard pressed to find a company with so much experience that emphasizes customer support. We truly believe we are the best Information Technology Company in the Triad.

What is your business model?

Triad Networking & Computers has a formal business model that is not realeased to the public. However, we believe Customer Support is our main priority. There are many companies that only look for sales and provide very limited support. We pride ourself on making our customers happy. We believe this is the best approach in an age where it is common practice to outsource support. We pride ourselves on always being available to clients 24x7.

Do you lease computer and/or other technologies?

No. We only sell computer equipment. However, we will provide support for leased equipment.

How long have you been in business?

We officially opened shop in early 2003.

What are your hours of operations?

Our normal operating hours are 8-5 on Monday - Friday but we offer support 24x7x365. We provide nonstop support since we realize clients need to work all hours in order to stay competitive.

What is Information Technology Consulting?

Information Technology Consulting is the process where we look at your business processes and determine what technology is needed in order to make your business function as efficiently as possible. We understand cost is always a business factor so we aim to get you the best bang for the buck!

Do you have offices?

Yes, we have offices but they are not for clients. Our offices are only for employees and contractors to work on projects. We always come to client sites so we can work directly with clients in their environment.

What brands of computers and software do you support?

We emphasize Dell and HP computers and servers but do sell other brands. We do generally provide the best discount on Dell Business Class Computers and Servers. We mainly support Microsoft software but do support a great deal of Third Party Software also.

How much does your support cost?

Our support rates vary depending on the type of support and response times you require. Sever work is more expensive than basic workstation support. We also offer discounts for non profit organizations and members of the Winston-Salem Chamber of Commerce, and Lewisville Business's Professionals Association.

Do you require Contracts?

No. We will provide sales, support, and service for people on an as needed basis. However, we do offer Service Level Agreements (SLA) for companies which have more work needed and faster guaranteed response times.

How much experience do your staff have?

We have varying levels of expertise. Our main engineer has been a lead engineer for some of the biggest name Fortune 500 Companies in North America and has 20 + years experience in server/network/computer technologies.

Do your offer free consultations?

Yes. We offer a free one time initial consultation. We will come up with recommendations and a quote for work that is needed to be done.

Do you offer real time server monitoring?

Yes we can monitor servers in real time and be alerted when a problem occurs. This allows us many times to fix a problem before it causes downtime for the clients.

Do you remove viruses/spyware/malware and offer basic computer tune ups?

Yes, we offer all of the above and use the best industry practices. We will recommend the best antivirus solution for your company also based on your company's computer architecture and business processes.
